When renovating your basement, the first step is to remove your existing basement with a complete demolition. Followed by demolition our team will do the following:

• Insulate the interior walls of the basement with fiberglass insulation

• Install new electrical switches, outlets, and modern lighting

• Sheetrock the interior walls and ceilings with green board moisture resistant sheetrock

• Install new flooring (style chosen by the customer)

• Install all new moldings, interior doors, and locks

• Install new windows

• Prepare the walls with tape, 3 coats of compound, polish and finish paint

• Contractor is responsible for removal of all debris and will leave your basement in brand new condition
